We offer the choice of two comfortable well-appointed, en-suite guest rooms, which are serviced daily. If your preferred date/s show no availability on our reservation calendar, please send us an enquiry, as we may be able to make some changes to accommodate you.

No minimum stays are required.

Room rates – November to April inclusive.

Double per night: $150 - $200.00

Single per night: $110 - $150.00

Please Note: These rates apply to both rooms. Extra adult/child in the upstairs room - price on application.

Reservation policy.

All reservation requests direct to Finlay Banks are subject to confirmation. To ensure that your reservation is confirmed we would appreciate your credit card details, through any of the following options, secure booking using the reservations online button, two separate emails, phone or fax.

A 20% deposit may be charged to secure your confirmed reservation.

Full payment is required on arrival unless it has been completed through our online reservation system or an agent.

Cancellation policy.

As a small Bed and Breakfast we are reliant upon advance reservations, especially during the busy holiday period. We are confident that you will arrive on the day. We will of course be understanding of circumstances beyond your control that may affect your confirmed reservation with us. Any cancellations will be handled individually at the host’s discretion. We would ask that you give us the courtesy of notice of cancellation as soon as possible to Finlay Banks.

Cancellation of a confirmed reservation will incur a 20% forfeit of the total reservation.

Cancellation of a confirmed reservation with less than 7 days notice or a fail to arrive, will incur a 100% forfeit of the total reservation.

If we are able to on sell any of the cancelled dates, then a lesser forfeit payment may apply.

We highly recommend travel insurance.
